In Person 2 hour De-Escalation training
We experience anger and frustration – from others, and our own – at home, in the workplace, public spaces, in service industry settings like restaurants, etc, often disproportionate to the circumstances. Why does it happen? How does it affect us? How can we respond? De-escalation skills are key in helping people (including ourselves) reduce anger and increase calmness and clarity that is helpful for dealing with immediate problems and issues more effectively.
