Join us in-person for this practical workshop to explore what approaches, practices and policies help build inclusion, belonging and engagement within nonprofit boards. You will
- Take time to assess which elements for inclusive engagement are in place with your board;
- Define an Action Plan to move forward; and
- Connect with your peers from other local nonprofit organizations.
Registration also includes a follow-up Group Coaching Session (virtual):
- Facilitated coaching to support you in applying insights gained.
- Focused on moving your Action Plan forward

About the Presenter and Associates:
Michelle Slade is a strategy consultant, facilitator, leadership coach, and successful Founder & Chief Strategist of C4 Consulting with 25+ years of experience. She is passionate about partnering with leaders across sectors to turn bold community-improving visions into reality. Michelle was recognized as one of Monterey County’s Outstanding Women for her work and volunteerism supporting the success of women and children. Highlights of her community service include serving as a Big Sister with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and a pioneer Mentor with Girls, Inc. – ECHO Program at Seaside High School.
