Matter of Balance is an all ages evidence-based gentle exercise program designed to help reduce the fear of falling, improve strength and balance, and increase activity levels. Participants learn gentle stretches and exercises designed for strength and balance improvement, learn at home fall prevention safety tips, and various techniques to overcome the fear of falling. This workshop provides a well-rounded approach to staying safe and healthy at home. Each workshop consists of 8 two-hour sessions.
