Hello All, my name is Emily Rangel I am one of the Volunteer Board Members at NPC. This weeks spotlight features Encompass and their Head Start Program. Head Start is a highly rated child development program serving children and families in Santa Cruz County for the past 50 years. Head Start provides families with comprehensive services: health, social services, parent education, resources, and referrals for families. Their services are FREE for income-eligible families with children from birth to age 5 (including pre kinder).
Head Start and Early Head Start early childhood education programs wrapped up another great academic year supporting youth and families in our community. There are still spots available for the 2022-2023 school year. Please help us spread the word to families who might be interested! Eligibility and application info is available on their website.
