What we do
Rising Worldwide is building a global survivor-led movement to prevent and end poverty and exploitation. Founded in 2002, every Rising program has been created and led by people with lived experience of discrimination, homelessness, human trafficking, gender-based violence, and war. We use hard-won wisdom to transform systems, build networks of care, and create pathways to justice and economic security.
