1440 Multiversity
Creating Hope for Living Well
What we do
1440 Multiversity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit philanthropic campus in the Santa Cruz Mountains committed to creating hope for living well through curated learning events, philanthropy and community engagement. Named by co-creators Joanie and Scott Kriens for the 1,440 minutes we are gifted in each day, the campus is a destination for people and organizations to gather in community to explore, learn, reflect, connect and reenergize while discovering new approaches for how to live, lead, love, work and wonder. Since opening in May 2017, the campus has established itself as a premier learning destination in the world, having welcomed more than 100,000 guests from over 54 countries. Proceeds from all campus bookings support 1440’s philanthropic initiatives, community-building efforts, Helping Hands volunteer committee, and grants/scholarships program.
