Join us! Each year, we invite business and community to come together for this special event where we empower and uplift women’s roles in construction. This year, we have decided to expand from one week to a full month of builds. Volunteers work on the build site, alongside our professional construction crew, future homeowners, and other volunteers. No prior construction experience is required. Women and men welcome and encouraged to attend.
The build site is in the Live Oak neighborhood of Santa Cruz, where we are building 11 homes for local families. Build days will be Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Volunteer shifts will be available for sign up starting on Feb 20.
