Candice Elliott is a community-minded human resources strategist who works with business leaders to develop management systems based on their unique worldview. She has a Masters in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State, is a Senior Professional in HR, and has worked in HR in California for over 10 years. Rita Haronian has been Survey Director with Nonprofit Compensation Associates, Inc. since 1996.
