Community Health Trust (CHT) is excited to present the Eating Healthy Tours in collaboration with Staff of Life Natural Foods in Watsonville! Get the tools to make smart food choices and learn from health professionals Amanda Maroudas, RDN, or Carly Gaffney, RDN, of CHT’s Diabetes Health Center.
The event will include a store tour and cover topics such as meal planning and how to build a balanced meal. It will also provide participants with general nutrition knowledge to help empower them to make smart and healthful food choices confidently.
