About the Facilitator: Susie Polnaszek (she/her) works with a wide array of nonprofit leaders and volunteers through her role as Director of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence at the Community Foundation for Monterey County. She co-chairs the staff Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and participates in the staff DEI Book Club. Current interests include creative ways to adapt systems and evolve from the pandemic.
