We experience anger and frustration – from others, and our own – at home, in the workplace, public spaces, in service industry settings like restaurants, etc, often disproportionate to the circumstances. Why does it happen? How does it affect us? How can we respond? De-escalation skills are key in helping people (including ourselves) reduce anger and increase calmness and clarity that is helpful for dealing with immedate problems and issues more effectively.
- A minimum of eight participants are required for the training to proceed. If date is changed, registration fee can be refunded or move to the next training.
