Coffee Chat: Understanding the County Budget Process

This session will be conducted in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
Our featured guests, the County’s Budget Manager, Marcus Pimentel, and Principal Administrative Analyst, Sven Stafford, will provide an overview of the County budget process, its relationship to the strategic and operational plans, opportunities for community input, and the County’s new online budget tool.

As a resource to you, and to help us prepare for the upcoming forum, please watch the short “How to” video on navigating the County’s new online, interactive budget site allowing residents to better understand and monitor County spending and priorities through the 2022-23 Proposed Budget.
