The Power of Donor Engagement for Growing Nonprofits
The capacity for giving in our community is great, but the process of nurturing donor relationships can feel inaccessible for many nonprofit staff and board members.
The Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) of the Community Foundation for Monterey County hosts this free workshop to inspire you to develop a philanthropy mindset that helps your growing nonprofit have greater mission impact.
Wednesday, March 6, 2024
3-4:30 p.m. (Zoom)
Intended audience:
Nonprofit staff or board members from local organizations that are up and running but may not have emphasized relationships with individual/major donors to power their efforts.
Participants in this interactive workshop will:
- Be motivated and inspired to successfully engage with community members in Monterey County who have a great capacity for giving.
- Consider the potential long-term benefits of strong philanthropic relationships to their nonprofit’s mission impact and ability to “thrive.”
- Be creative about who in their organization can play a role, for example program staff or board members as resources for donor engagement.
Featuring:
