Come celebrate 90 years of community support with Walnut Avenue Family & Women’s Center. Since 1933 it’s been our mission to end cycles of trauma, support lifelong learning, and promote healthy relationships with oneself and others. We are thrilled to share decades of program success, stories from the past, and what efforts the center looks forward to for the next 90 years. Our theme for this event is based off of the centers past “Strawberry Festival,” which brought a fun carnival like block party to downtown Santa Cruz for many many years.
Without staff, volunteers, donors, and local collaborations, we could not accomplish this crucial work in our community who needs us.
