Join us at The Arts Council Santa Cruz at the Tannery Arts Center to create a luminaria in memory of a loved one. This drop-in event provides an opportunity for reflection and recognition of loved ones. Free and open to the public. A short program will begin at 5:30 pm. Parking is available.
