Senderos welcomes guest chefs from four regions of Oaxaca, Mexico who will be sharing traditional regional cuisine at several cultural events in Santa Cruz. Sunday, April 7, 11AM-12PM, Senderos and UC Santa Cruz Linguistics Department presents an Indigenous Oaxacan Language Panel, followed by Mole & Music from 12-3PM with food for sale. Wednesday, April 10, 5-8pm, Oaxacan chefs will present a cooking demonstration and sell traditional Oaxacan street food. They will also be featured at the Senderos food booth at the Guelaguetza festival Sunday, April 14, 10am-4pm ($10 admission). All events are presented in Spanish with English interpretation and take place at Branciforte Small Schools, 840 N. Branciforte Avenue, Santa Cruz. For more information visit our website!
