Job Title: Executive Director (Part Time)
Location: Santa Cruz, CA (Remote)
Term: Hourly Part-time, Non-Exempt
Rate: $27/hr, 25 hours per week (non-benefited position)
Budget Size: $150K
Special Accommodations: Must be willing to work remotely, with travel for events and Board meetings. Some weekend work, periodically.
The Role: Yoga For All Movement (YFAM) is actively seeking a part-time Executive Director to ignite scalability and sustainability within the organization through new and innovative approaches that build on the core foundation we have already established. With an organizational budget of just over $150,000, we have been creative and nimble in our staffing approach. The Executive Director will be more focused on behind-the-scenes capacity building and strategic planning with support from a part-time Program Director who oversees and manages current and future programs. YFAM is a well-established partner in Santa Cruz County with thriving programs. The Executive Director role offers a unique opportunity for growth for the right candidate to further their leadership capabilities in the social justice-focused nonprofit arena.
