Camp Erin Santa Cruz 2021 — Where Children Learn to Grieve and Heal

October 9, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT
Farm Discovery Free

Hosted by Hospice of Santa Cruz County, Camp Erin® Santa Cruz 2021 is a free, day-long bereavement camp for youth who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives. Campers ages 7-17 will gather together for activities like hiking, art, music, and animal visits.

Campers learn that they are not alone; they are in the company of peers who understand. Every year, Camp Erin cultivates a relaxed, safe, and supportive setting — one that allows kids to express their emotions, share their grief, and strengthen peer-to-peer connections.

Led by bereavement professionals and caring volunteers, campers are provided a safe environment to explore their grief, learn essential coping skills, and make friends with peers who are also grieving. Camp Erin is free at no cost to families.

Campers are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis. Apply now to reserve your spot for Camp Erin Santa Cruz 2021.
